I hate the Smokey greys. Hate. Hate-hate.

 

They should all be burned, and that color should be scrubbed from everything associated with the university

 

The Smokey greys were awful. I mean, is there any person alive who has their favorite color as grey?

 

It still pisses me off that the Jennings/Tabor photo doesn't have our regular jerseys.

 

I didn’t love them, but I was ok with them. But we wore them too much.

 

It's almost like they were a gimmick to exploit.

 

I thought the smokey greys were real sharp. I do agree we wore them to much.

 

They were definitely sharp. Felt like someone jabbing a knife into my eyes.

 

I kinda like the helmet with the mountains on it.

 

ANYTHING associated with that trumpet [uck fay]er of a coach we used to have should never come back no matter how awesome or not it was. I was "eh" on the Smokey Gray uniforms. I am always open to alternate uniform ideas though. For maybe like 1 game a year - not to go all Oregon on people.

Let me negotiate: some kind of black alt uniform every other year near Halloween; an early season non-black alt uniform on the off years. Could be throwbacks, could be smokey grays, could be bluetick. Or maybe just all orange. But it varies.

 

I kind of want to see an alt that uses the official tertiaries like the dark blue with orange. Or just to really piss off the the Lady Vols fans, one that uses the light blue. LOL

 

I liked the Smokey Grays a lot better than I like orange on orange.

 

There's a reason that people demand a dark mode for their phone apps and websites. The grey background makes the colors pop.

 

I love the throwbacks we wore against UNLV.

 

The reason for dark mode on apps and websites is because it’s easier on the eyes in dim light.
