I'm trying to get to 180 as well, albeit from the other direction.

Never had a problem gaining weight until I hit my late 30. Being a serious life long runner surely helped. I got up to 190, though about 6 months ago after a bunch of nagging injuries. Rolling at about 180 now.

just wait fellas. I started shrinking when i hit 48. Plus ive had prolly 2 inches of csrtilage and disc space removed, bot to mention legs bowing more. 5'10 190. If i eat a piece of bread it ruins 3 days of eating well. And side [breast] and lat fat which used to be fine is skin and wont go anywhere. Either starve yourself or say [uck fay]it. Body changes at 50 aint no joke. Norris even has long genes and knows. Hes prolly 5'9 by now

I got an email today from my son's travel soccer club and they are lifting the restrictions on non-contact practices per the state association. I'm a little surprised, but I hope it doesn't come crashing down in the next few weeks as we inevitably get positive cases with the open schools in many areas.

So far biggest perk of coaching has been access to all of the Nike sideline gear.

WTF are you coaching? We get one shirt with a generic knockoff of an underarmor logo on it. It's good for 2.5 home washes.

Football. We get Nike gear for players and coaches gear.

Kind of amazed at the number of parents who want to know if missing practice because of baseball games will hurt them playing any in football.

I get they didn't get to play in the spring and are playing now, but if you want to play football it's a commitment.

Handing out football equipment to 7 and 8 year olds yesterday.

    Kid one -

Me - puts his helmet and shoulder pads on him to try them on.

Him - "Why are you giving me armor?"

    Kid 2 -

Me - puts helmet on him to fit it, asks how does it feel.

Kid - immediately turns around and runs into his dad's gut as hard as he can to try it.
