I’m assuming he retains Steele, though probably as an assistant rather than coordinator (Steele is making 450k here, if I’m not mistaken.) That may suggest he brings Randy Shannon with him... If they can pull in Rodney Garner, maybe the d-side of the ball begins to take some shape and recruiting has at least a couple competent proven guys.
