Head of cold Iceberg lettuce cut in a wedge, best served with properly made Blue Cheese dressing. In my experience, typically found in legit steakhouses. I had one at Peter Luger's in Brooklyn. Along with a plate of sliced beefsteak tomatoes/mozzarella. I do love me some cabbage cooked with bacon (and its grease) though. Add in some dried beans cooked all day and mashed taters.
Mayo by itself isn’t a deal breaker for me except it seems like it only comes in 2 amounts, none, or 50,000 tons, and I would rather just do without it
If there was a work around for the lettuce/blue cheese, I think I could make a run at it. I wonder if breakfast has to start at a normal time or if I could start my day at like 2 AM with a pint of booze and breakfast to space everything out even more.
