I have no confidence about this game. We are always Vandy's biggest game of the year, they actually have a bit of momentum, and they're playing for bowl eligibility. We just lost a likely playoff berth, our Heisman QB, and obviously had some team issues leading up to the South Carolina game. I'm worried that if the offense starts slow with Milton and we give Vandy a little momentum, things may get sideways for us and we won't be able to recover.
Hopefully we have some defensive coaches coaching for their jobs, leading to better defensive performance.
I hope defensive backs show up and look better than a double A high school unit, we need this win. That team in Nashville is under the delusion they're pretty good.
We are going to beat the everlasting shit out of vandy like God intended. Everybody get some R&R so that we can be the belligerent assholes we’ve been all season tomorrow.
They were talking about it on 99.1 earlier in the week, so I assumed it was fact since they were willing to discuss it on air and they usually only do that with info they've been spoon fed. They even went as far as discussing how Keyton and Squirrel were going to have to step up. I wouldn't be shocked if we've seen Tillman play his last snap here.
I mean I am not highly confident but I still figured I would enjoy Herbstreit’s Twitter feed after we won
I have felt uneasy but I think the vols have this. This game isn't sneaking up on anybody. Vandy wants bowl eligibility and the win over a rival, so they aren't going to be loose if any pressure is applied. Everyone is worse than their high and better than their low. Throw out last week and this team would be expected to roll vandy. I think we are fine.
