What do you want to see this weekend? Predictions for a score? Will we struggle offensively?

I think we will struggle offensively, but the score won't reflect it. I think Virginia is that bad. What I most want to see is 1) Milton and has he continued to advance since the Clemson game and 2) our Defense.

Not sure if games are long enough to get to 66 anymore, with the clock rules.

Will the clock rules affect Heupel's offense in any way?

 

I expect a win by 40 and Nico throwing bombs to Webb and Leacock in the 4th quarter.

I expect 200 yards rushing.

I expect a lot of young guys playing in the 2nd half.

Virginia is awful and Danny has shit talked their head coach, Heupel is going to attempt to break the scoreboard

 

Maybe lose a possession a half, it still stops on the last two minutes of the half.

 

While I don't share quite this much optimism, I endorse this post fully.

 

I'm going to go 48-27 good guys. I think they sputter a bit out the gate but get it going by the second quarter. My fear is this team has been hyped more than any team in a while, and they need to be hit a couple of times to remember they actually need to play the games. I think they do, and an artificially close score opens wide before the half. UVA gets a couple of junk scores late off the second and third team defense.

 

The most they scored last year was 34..............against Richmond.

They broke 20 one other time.

 

I think Heupel is going to treat UVA like he does Mizzou and how he did UTM. Tony Elliott has brought it upon himself.

I can hear the announcers asking why the 4th string qb is throwing play action passes with 18 seconds left.

 

We score often and early putting pressure on their O to pass and abandon the run. Backups get plenty of reps in the 4th.

Yeah I think people are underestimating how bad Virginia is

I don’t think people truly appreciate how bad UVA is. 3-9 would be considered a great year and a winless season isn’t out of the question.

 

When their DC said he wasn't concerned with the Vols' tempo and that he was focused on just playing good fundamental defense, I became concerned for his job. They're not going to be ready for the hurry-up tweak mind game.
