I think he's a good offensive mind, but not sold on him as a head coach.

Good coaches seem to overachieve tremendously with lesser talent, Morris hasn't done that.

Lane Kiffin took a 3-9 team and went 10-3 in his first year.

It took Chad Morris 3 years to get bowl eligible.

I think Morris is a heck of an offensive coordinator, but that's about it.

 

Would rather have him than Venables, I think.

I am convinced if they go the Chad Morris route, Fulmer will bring Chavis in to coach the defense.

why would venables leave a perennial national title contender for the same position in the SEC west, in Fayetteville of all places. Makes no sense

So that when he's successful there, he doesn't have to start out at an SMU right out of the gate.

I would think Morris is an ok fit at Arky at least compared to Bielema. You just aren't going to win playing big boy football at Arkansas.
