He's got Glen Beal, a 3* TE that Alabama is recruiting heavily, coming in for a visit this weekend too

 

He just offered Jalen Cunningham, a 6 ft 4" 335 lbs DT

 

Sounds like Martinez just opened up his recruitment.

Also, sounds like Mays is a longshot.

Mothers and fathers produce NFL players, for the most part. It’s not as bad as NBA, but it’s rarely about the program.

 

Pruitt and Fulmer haven't given up on Mays yet. They visited with him at Catholic today.

Apparently they're trying to talk him into not signing anywhere during the early period and waiting for February, so Pruitt can have more time to build a relationship.

I still think it's probably a 10% chance at best right now, but that goes up quite a bit if Mays elects against signing early.

I would remind both Justin Fields and Trevor Lawrence that they're better than anything on Tennessee's roster and will likely start from day one as opposed to waiting 2-3 years for their turn at current selections.

 

I’m sure they’ve received that pitch from a lot of places. Doubt they want to come here and get killed behind our awful OL.

 

i'm hoping the OL looks different just hitting whoever is in their way instead of standing up, looking around and trying to figure it out.
