The Oklahoma fans I talked to before and after that game were generally in awe of the environment.

 

Yep. 97% of that day was as good as it gets.

That was a nicely; until the game.

 

It was a lot of fun and as usual Butch F'd it up.

 

I thought that was regular season. I had no idea we played OK in the Spring.

 

We have played OK in the spring at points.

That day killed a big part of my fandom or at least put it to sleep. Great pregame. A lot of fun. But the result of that game murdered me.

 

Yes. Went with a girl who was not a big football fan and did not understand the level to which I will go crazy on a game day. Don't think she was very pleased with Mr. Hyde.

 

My wife usually makes it a point to go shopping or not be around during a game

 

Between that and then Florida, I checked out

 

End of 3rd period UF Worley 7 step drop last play of quarter, I left. Knew it was over and 100% on that choice to hand over momentum

 

That I'm still married today is a miracle because of how I acted after that game.

 

Fortunately, I was well beyond give too much of a shit for whatever Jones was doing, at that point, because I had blown any goodwill with the wife after the 2015 NFC Championship.

 

I don't remember how I felt or acted, which says a lot in itself.
