There is a statute of limitations on rape in most states, including Tennessee, and that allegation would be barred by it in Tennessee. Not sure of the law where this supposedly occurred.

If you're gullible, you may believe that Kavanaugh kept a detailed calendar of all of his events, including underage drinking parties, and kept that calendar for 36 years. You'll have to be pretty gullible or partisan, though.
