I could probably do the legwork myself, and I haven’t seen his name mentioned in recent pages here so it doesn’t seem like a possibility, but what’s the general consensus here on Tee Martin? He was getting a lot of run this time last year during that amazing search, but I haven’t even heard his name this time around.

He failed pretty hard at USC. I can't imagine any interest in him here. Maybe to Clemson as a position coach

 

Not sure but for some reason I thought he has been pretty far off a few times lately. You would think his info would be pretty legit considering his connection with Heavy.

Not being Negative Nancy here, but doesn't it make more sense that it's a coach that is currently in the playoffs and he just doesn't want to be a distraction to his current team ? Enos,Chaney or other maybe.

 

We’re officially in a spot where I don’t think it’s enough to just have a solid OC/Playcaller. We need someone innovative and different to give us some sort of extra juice. Seems like Briles is just too perfect for what we need. Meaning we won’t make it happen.

 

Chaney isnt in the playoffs. No reason at all to delay if its him. And if I'm Enos and already know Bama isnt going to offer me the OC job, I'm already out the door if TN is offering.

 

I think we would have already heard it by now if it was Briles.

 

I forgot Chaney wasn't in, just a theory probably wrong.

 

I can just feel in in my bones... (or buns, if I were Peter Sellers...). Randy Sanders is our new OC.
