That would be a terrible hire on Miami's part. Diaz needs a really good OC to accomplish anything there
Do they have a class on how to be an offensive coordinator on Skillshare ? It's a highly sought after position, and highly paid.
The difference between championship football and mediocrity is your assistant coaches salary pool. Fulmer learned that the hard way the first time.
This is one of many reasons why I am glad Fulmer is AD. He has been there, done that. "What would I need to win championships, if I was the HC" is the question he asks himself. When coaches (all sports) fully get the message that the UTAD is serious about this shit, then they will come. (JMHO)
Tenny has been right on the money for awhile. We've not had issues with facilities, stadium, lack of recruiting base or anything else. We've just had coaching issues, and that kills your program in the SEC.
When Jim Chaney and Kippy Brown were already employed by the university. That was Mike Hamilton’s funeral.
And I am so happy to see that Pruitt seems to understand this. I was all panicking because we didn't have an OC yet, but he and Heavy didn't panic, and it shows.
