    I'm pretty confident we are locked in for more than 500 ppb. folks are waiting for some technology to be deployed that will undue 7.5 to 9 billion people's collective behavior.

    We're still tropical apes but have been smarter than Chimps for at least three million years (age of the oldest rudimentary stone tools). What role did reduced CO2 levels have in our cognitive evolution? How vulnerable are our minds to elevated levels going forward?
