Throw the brisket in a grinder for sausage

 

I prefer pork sausage

 

I just grilled some killer pork chops groves. Marinated just in salt, olive oil, garlic, thyme, and lemon juice.

 

I do like pork chops pretty much anyway to cook them

 

My grilled ones have always come out dry, but these were killer. It’s the marinade. My mother in law braises them and they are awesome.

 

Never had much luck smoking short ribs

Braising them on the other hand... Right up there with lamb shanks as some of my favorite non- smoked meats

When love letters go wrong: The Ben Stancliffe Story

 

I’m being serious - can you imagine how great that story would be, not only for Sab, but for just how social media is connecting people like never before....and how terrible the path that can sometimes or will inevitably take, and how little control these schools, the AA or anyone else has to really monitor, much less to stop it.

It’s only a matter of time before some idiot on social media gets a school into trouble, or worse, someone takes “online” to “offline” and into real life.

We think that these recruiting services, television shows, blogs, can stoke all of this year-round obsession with these recruitniks, who are usually the most rabid parts of every team’s fanbase - and where the subjects are almost exclusively minors / children....and nothing bad will ever happen.

It’s insane, if you think about it.

 

It’s been done before, but I’d love to see Ubben’s take on “The Legend of Joey Freshwater”...
