I don't know much except that we're obviously trying to build relationships in Atlanta. We now have recruits in three consecutive classes (Dobbs, Paulk, Butcher) from Alpharetta. It's still early, and Arkansas, Utah, and WVU aren't horrible offers for a '15 kid. But I don't know what all the experts think or anything.
Butcher trains with former Vol Constantine Ritzmann, like Carl Lawson did previously. From the things I have read, Butcher was under the radar for a long time until he started working with Ritzmann. His recruitment has started to pick up recently and he should probably be a 4 star by this time next year. Also, Butcher's father played at Clemson.
Saw a video of him repping 225 23 times on the bench. 2 more than Clowney did at the combine. Junior in high school getting 225 up that many times is quite impressive. They were legit reps too.
He sent a tweet to Clowney laughing at him for only repping 225 twenty one times and then he posted that video.
Butcher is all motor and character. Think Overstreet. And, let's be honest, Clowney ain't got nothin' on Overstreet.
Butcher is probably the best shit talker in this recruiting class. He asked Caleb Azubike, a Vandy player, if they got rings for winning "shit tier bowl games" on twitter.
