It's the latest they have for 2015 FL Top 100. Were you thinking of this 2015 Top 100, updated Jan 19?

 

No. The link just says "Postseason Top 100." That's misleading.

 

He was ranked 57th in FL before he was bumped to a 4 star. If they updated that he would be higher.
