Unfortunately today is going like I expected it to. After this demolition is over Gonzaga would have beaten UVA, Kansas, West Virginia, and Iowa. There’s a legitimate chance that they go undefeated.

Watching bama and auburn. In typical UT luck, bamas quick pg that ate us up hasnt played in last 2 games and auburn is adding the ineligle kid so they will be better.
Secondly, 2 times down the court, bama has a player in the lane for 8 seconds. Literally watched the clock click down. Refs tbis year seem worse than ever.

Bama may have found a great basketball coach is the downside.

 

His prostyle 5 out offense keeps the court spread and middle open, and they clear out for isos with their best matchups. Really a simple concept once players get accuatomed to it and find the mismatches themselves. Personally i would throw more zone at them and try to take away the isos. They were not a bad loss.

 

I saw where they are a projected 3 seed right now. Vols a 4. Hopefully that changes

We didnt play well and had to sit Fulk because they were clearing out and getting him stuck on switch situations. Hope we use some of the same offensive sets in the future when we dont have a post presence. Just leaves so much room to work
