What an awful final play of the half after a timeout. It went in, but it was still awful.

 

Guard ballhandling difference is exposed more against a team with their hands all over us. Nobody except Vescovi is comfortable against the pressure. Bowden scared to dribble and 3 really bad wing passes for turnovers. It's not open and hes all over him, so dont freaking pass it. Sideline is a foot away.

 

I doubt that was the “play” but it wasn’t executed very well

 

9 rebounds in a half. That’s not real good

 

We can [itch bay] about the refs, but we deserve to be down. That was pitiful effort. We let them drive at will. They beat us to lose balls. They turned us over. They got multiple offensive rebounds.

This week be a double digit loss if these things don't change.

 

They’re just a bad matchup for us right now. It’ll help next year when we have longer, more athletic guards (and just more guards, period).

 

And Auburn had 7 offensive rebounds. That's unacceptable effort.

 

Uni that's what I was gonna say. The double picks and rolls up top are wearing us out but they flat out have faster guards and then clearout with their best matchup. Need them to go cold. Only chance.

The confidence level of Auburn vs our tight asses right now is disappointing

 

I think we’re just about of gas. Last two games had to take a lot out of us. Oh well. NIT it is.

Getting what we deserve today

It feels like we have had a ton of shots rim out today.

And Auburn makes more BS shots than any other team every single year.

Chance to get it to single digits, throws the ball away from the inbound pass, leaves the hottest shooter in the gym open for three. From potential single digits to thirteen within 30 seconds
