What's funny is Lofton and a few women's basketball players were the only athletes on campus that didn't smoke at the time

 

When your position coach goes from raving about you to trying to temper first year expectations its generally a really really good thing. Gray is going to be fun to watch.

 

I wasnt sure about him due to Lausanne and competition, then i saw him rip 6A Whitehaven and multiple D1 recruits on their defense.

I would kill to have Inky be apart of the football team in some capacity.

Hes perfect for VFL coordinator. I think hes doing pretty well for himself as a speaker though.

 

Inky makes really good $ now, but may tire of travelling and would be awesome on campus

I read an article with quotes from Tatum, who is now 320 lbs. He mentions how passive they were as far as blocking. Friend may very well suck, but thats an infection, soft upperclassmen linemen playing passive for years and passing it down to newcomers. Just as Pruitt was shocked at the small stature of his team last year, Friend has coached quite a few NFL linemen iir, and probably had never seen a smaller more passive OL since HS. They had to start below zero and got hit with 2 big injuries, while trying to fix that situation of lackluster effort and passive play.
