I’d be pissed if I were a Baylor fan listening to these announcers cheer on Gonzaga and ignoring Baylor’s stars.

 

Gonzaga couldn’t have played a worse half but they’ve managed to fight back to within 10. All of Baylor’s bigs have foul trouble too. The Zags aren’t out of it yet.

Baylor being only up 10 with that kind of foul trouble concentrated at one position is a recipe for disaster.

 

Gonzaga is actually outshooting Baylor. Offensive glass and three point line has been the difference.

 

And turnovers. Lot of bad lost balls by Zags players.

 

That save by Ayayi was unnoticed but insane

 

Turnovers are Even worse in the second half.

 

That's game. Baylor just the better team tonight.

 

Well, shit, if Baylor is just going to make everything they throw up, then this one is done.

 

Gonzaga outscored by 27 from 3 right now.

 

Baylor has 14 offensive rebounds to Gonzaga's 19 total. One team was here to play big boy ball and one was not.

 

Make that 16 to 19 now. I'm shocked at this soft performance by the Zags.

 

They ballwatched and didn't block out all night

 

After that game against UCLA, it’s no wonder the zags came out flat. Tough turnaround emotionally 48 hours after the best game this century if not ever. Kudos to Baylor for keeping their foot on their throats all game.

 

Gonzaga really needs to parlay the last 20 years into a bid in the pac 12. They don’t benefit from being in a conference where they don’t get tested for two months. They simply weren’t ready for the athleticism and physicality of Baylor.

 

100%. They don’t have a football team. So they meet the requirements.

 

Someone needs to ask the coverage team about this. I am genuinely curious. May have been a stroke.
