Well, that confirms it. Season's getting canceled.

 

Obvious joke on my end.

Its the famous volnation line in the recruiting forum.

 

Please let this season take place. We are going to be so so good.

 

Wouldn’t be the first time I missed an obvious joke on this website. Y’all are playing 3D chess and I am still perfecting my hand fart noises.

Vescovi coming out of nowhere last year was so awesome. Amazing really for him to come in and ball like he did. His ballhandling wouldve improved so much if he wouldve been able to be with Barnes the last few months. Hopefully some lazy ballhandling habits formed are fixed

 

If they get to play its really gonna be a fun team to watch. Good mix of veterans and young guns.

 

Big man is a concern and who will be consistent shooters. Need 2 guys who can float with the penetrators we have

 

I bet they beat COVID on a neutral court.

 

We got a lot of mileage out of Fulkerson last year. He was borderline unstoppable towards the end.

 

Fulkerson playing the 5 as effectively as he did was the most pleasant surprise of last season.

 

I dont see much behind him

 

We'll have plenty of scoring options all over the floor.

Plavsic and Pember don't have to be world beaters. They just need to take a step each year the same way Fulky did. Everyone improves...you get Pons back, you got some high powered young guns coming in. Vescovi will be better at handling the ball, and we pick up Bailey this year too. Anxious to see what the Annosiki (sp?) Kid brings too.

It sucks though because we're probably not even gonna get to see this team play together.

 

If the season is cancelled, who do we think won’t be back? Assuming they give seniors more eligibility. I would say Pons would be gone. Would Springer leave?

I assume we still have at least 3 more years with Barnes.

 

At that point, there would be so much shake-up across the country that even if we lost all the seniors and the incoming freshman 5 stars, we could still have as good of a roster as anybody the way Barnes is recruiting.

 

imo, jjj and Vescovi could go from starters to first 2 off the bench

 

Well, it certainly figures that we’d bring in the best class in history and they never play together
