Dude got an offer from Georgia. There's no way he's paying for school. He seems like a kid who will kill it for anyone he plays for.

 

Wonder why on earth a 6'0 wr who can run routes like that and natural hands wouldnt be more on the radar in georgia. He runs routes better than some pros. Hesitation and 1 foot cuts. Not choppy.
