Looks like we're gonna land another stout OL class for sure with some coming from in state.

Baileys teammates that were here this weekend are also strong possibilities, some of the best prospects in the country.

Has the chance to be a special class.

 

Ratledge is visiting tomorrow. Coming up with family to watch the basketball game.

Mitchell Mayes visiting Feb 2nd. Same day Wright will be in town.

Is the 6’2 220 he’s listed as close to accurate?

 

Saban at Briarcrest last week. Alma Mater is a different school now than mid 80's, but still been putting a few good college players out there going back to Jim Mabry, all American at Arkansas, who I got to run behind a couple times

To OV this late in the game, there’s gotta be potential.

And, the fact that he didn’t tell the UofSC staff about the visit is a good sign.

There’s belief he’s not going to qualify academically for admission there, so we may be the beneficiary. Papaw Phil doin his thang.

 

Do you happen to know what it is about SCAR's requirements that is tripping him up that wouldn't at UT?

 

It may be more about the risk

 

Not sure...was trying to figure that out with an SC guy yesterday....they think hes not going to get the green light from admissions, and believe Pruitt is pouncing on it and thinks we can get him in

 

If there is a will, there are a lot of kids that can be gotten in. But both the school and the student have to have that will.

 

He’s been committed for a year, I think, so this is definitely a promising development for our side.

Yep. I’m kinda expecting a commitment this week to kick it off.

 

I am announcing my commitment to the Tennessee Vols for 2020. I want to thank my coach, my family, my wife, my kids, my physician, my therapist and most of all, Coach Pruitt for giving me this opportunity.

I just hope they don't send the fax back with "STOP FAXING US" scrawled on it this year.
