Ive said it. Would prefer Hardy not come. Hes not a difference maker for this program. Find a replacement who wants to be a Vol, doesnt need his ass kissed daily and wont lie to your face.

No. If a kid has been up a lot and tells coaches and kids hes in and coaches stay in contact, it should be enough to at least warrant a decommitment to the coaches like normal people act

Well, we now have 17 days before the Early Signing Period.

“X” on Basilio says that the recent coaching changes offer opportunities for Tennessee in recruiting.

He actually emphasized Muschamp’s recently demoting McClendon as being as particularly optimistic for us, but didn’t elaborate or get more specific than that.

So, if coaching changes are chum, we should be circling Ole Miss, Mizzou & USC’s classes.

    Anyone else?

What about Washington, with Peterson having stepped down, do we share any recruits of interest with them?

Ole Miss: De'Rickey Wright and Kris Abrams-Draine. Jabari Smalls decommitted from there yesterday.

Washington: Savell Smalls, but the coaching change won't help. He's a Huskie.

    South Carolina: none that's committed

I have absolutely no idea who TN is recruiting, wants, how they rank and wish / seek to address those needs, or has any chance with, whatsoever. I am simply listing the highest recruits from each class for those schools in some coaching tumult, and at those positions that I think (which means nothing, tbh) Tennessee probably most needs.

This list is just to serve as the most basic of references, to help the conversation, and for any who are interested.

Any and all corrections, clarifications and outright refutations are most welcome, all per 24/7:

    PLAYER
    Position
    Name
    State
(School’s class rank, Pos. Rank, Star)

    USC Commits
    RB Marshawn Lloyd MD (1, 8, 4*)
Committee to USC, but 55% predict to UGA

    DT Alex Huntley SC (3, 16, 4*)

    ILB Mohamed Kaba NC (4, 11, 4*)

    DT Tonka Hemingway SC (6, 28, 4*)

General question, recalling that I don’t follow recruiting and don’t subscribe to any recruiting sites...

Is it normal for some things to be updated with recent changes, but other things not?

I’ve looked at several players, and it seems common for the commitment list / crystal balls / newsfeeds / interest gauge to say completely different and often conflicting things.

Are these just anomalies, or is it the norm?

    Ok.

I think Ojulari and Hardy may come back to the fold. Plus, it seems as if there will be a fluctuating group of players we get involved with and recruiting will get a little nutty the next couple of months.
