He plays Arkansas this week. I am looking forward to an ass kicking, though the thought of pulling for Arkansas makes me throw up a little in my mouth.

I don't think so. Creatine just boosts recovery and helps muscles hold a but more water. Been used in lifting sports for years. Well tested and lots of data on it.

I think it's more the former, arm tackling a 230 lb load.

Creatine is probably by far the most studied supplement ever. People used to claim it was bad for your kidneys, but that has been pretty thoroughly debunked. Never heard of it being associated with soft tissue issues, but there are recently some studies showing it can be helpful with cognitive decline.

They do a decent job summarizing the arguments against his innocence claims. Nothing about that dude seems trustworthy.

The established motive for the cheating wasn’t to help Michigan in the playoffs, it was to ensure they got into the playoffs even if they lost to OSU. Clemson and UT losing was the best way to ensure that.

Forgiveness and taking him back are two separate things. This team has moved on. Nico will need to figure things out on his own.

Nick Roush is probably the second dumbest person on earth and that’s only because I always leave the top spot open

The amount of bridges burned on the way to California would make that impossible. And UT has no need of him, anyway. Frankly, if he leaves UCLA, he is done with anything remotely like big time football. Who wants that headache plus a shitty football player. Better to go play volleyball.

He should continue collecting checks while throwing lawn darts.

Reads entirely like satire based on how good Joey looks.

Roush is an idiot with an even dumber looking face though.

He's terrible and should stay far away.
