Curtis to Vandy. What a coup that was. I doubt Ga or maybe any SEC team has had a 5* flipped to Vandy. Pavia may be a fortune teller.
Jared Curtis. Ranked one of top qbs. Plays against little white boy midgets each week but is 6’4 and can sling it. Let’s see how he does when he’s not the tallest, biggest and fastest on the field. Literally looks like a Peyton Manning skit almost every week with the competition they play in his division.
Picked up a big DT from Ga. Offer list kinda stinks. Edit: read a little more about him. He played 8 v 8 then transferred for his senior year to Carver so it was his first year of real football. 6’3 320 and can dunk.
Hopefully we aren't looking back on this time 3 years from now thinking "Wow, we [uck fay]ed around and let Vandy eclipse us."
Alright I take it back. I think my brain is stuck in the pre-Nil order anyway. It's definitely the kind of thing that has happened to us.
Looks like we are flipping a 4* committed to Bama. Rumor we had an influx of nil money to sweeten some pots. I don’t know if true or not but I do know these kids and families and handlers are all negotiating and I don’t blame them. I hate what it’s come to but if you are a recruit you’d be crazy not to see what kindof offers you can get.
NIL is cool and all, but what we need is more orange bleeders. Guys who want it. Nic Reveiz loved this place so much that he took a contemplative, shirtless pic in front of a natural body of water. For free. You think any of the current cowards on our roster would do that?
Class staying in tact so far. Good on the coaches and the class for staying together. Those games where the entire committed class shows up and hangs together are huge, win or lose. Win they have a blast. Lose they talk about opportunities to get on the field. I don’t see an rb so I assume portal. I like Bishop and Morris. We need 2 more. I suspect Morris would pass Lewis and Lewis to portal. He’s a goalline RB or short yardage and not much else.
That body of water was not natural, it is a water impoundment in Colorado at the Athletes in Action camp. I think this is critical information in understanding the 2010 football campaign. Dooley never had a chance.
Wiltfong said LSU was trying to get Wyatt to slow the process down.......he signed with the Vols today.
