I say we put Nkamhoua at 5, let him sit at the top of the key, let our guards drive and kick.

Santi and KC driving into crowded a crowded paint drove me insane.

Hopefully JJJ gets it going. He and Uros we're absolute zeroes on offense.

After all that nitpicking, still think we'll be really fun!

 

Lots and lots of games that we have about a 2/3 chance to win. We are going to drop some of them. I’m going 21-10 and hopefully we trend upwards as the season rolls along. I’m worried we won’t defend the rim well at all.

 

ETSU has some good athletes and quick players, but we are looking pretty good. Chandler is simply the most talented PG we've ever had on campus.

 

He should have 4 or 5 more assists.

 

I still have concerns about us getting beat off the dribble way too often, especially since we no longer have an eraser to meet them at the rim. ETSU has been able to get there on a few occasions, as did UT-Martin. We'll play a lot better teams than them, so it's a concern.

Nkamhoua, additionally, just doesn't seem to have "it".

 

I'm going to assume you forgot Dane Bradshaw exists.

 

Dane is our most talented power forward, c'mon.

History tells us that if a kid sticks around 3 years with Barnes, the third year usually sees a big leap forward.

 

Powell, Fulky, Nkamhoua, JJJ, and Chandler would be my starting 5. BHH is way behind Nkamhoua right now

You can see why Barnes is on BHH a lot, considering his hype.
Powell can light it up but keeps getting pulled for not boxing out or losing his man. Doesn't appear anytime in HS or college that he was taught and challenged to play defense

 

Saturday could be fun.

 

Sounds like Tiyon Evans is shutting it down and preparing for the NFL draft.

 

Sounds like something a sizeable portion of the fan base will not be happy with.
