Well shit I wanted Knecht. This guy might be ok and a bigger position of need, but he’s undersized and not a great athlete.

I’d be ok with running off another guard and still taking Knecht. Elite scorer with size.

 

Ledlum plays bully ball. His game may not translate to the SEC at 6’6. 29% 3 point shooter. Not terrible but not going to scare people out there.

 

Haven’t really watched him but I believe he was the #2 player out of NY in HS. Maybe Barnes can fix his 3 so he can help stretch it out. Have to think ZZ and Tobe helped here. NY pipeline would be cool. Especially if it starts to include some scorers.

Screw em. Give his dad a raise. Knecht is a big get. Really not much PT for Gainey next year if they sold Knecht on playing 2/3.

 

Would’ve been nice if Phillips stayed here long enough to actually develop at all.

Over this years Phillips for sure. But was really looking forward to seeing what a healthy year 2 Phillips could do with some added weight. We finally have a guy other than ZZ that will dribble and pull up in your face from 3 now, though. And he’s 6’6.
