Rewatched the Pitt game on Mon. It's awesome to see how the 22' team grew compared from that game to the end of the season. That's why I'm so excited for this season, no telling who's going to step up. And a lot of that has to do with our coaching staff.
Pitt game was rough to watch. And of course that back up QB led them right down the field and made an impossible throw to tie the game while getting hammered.
We didn’t play well v Pitt. I recall a few drops, botched punt iir. When I felt we would be ok because we really didn’t play well and responded with a W v a pretty evenly matched team.
Andy Staples on Milton - ------------------------------------- 9: Virginia at Tennessee If Tennessee quarterback Joe Milton looks as sharp in the season-opener as he did in the Orange Bowl against Clemson, I’m probably going to drive the Heisman bandwagon to Knoxville to pick up Milton. -------------------------------------
If? If he’s not, there should be major cause for concern. UVA is terrible. Probably looking at another 3 or 4 win season.
McKenzie Milton joining team as an analyst. Still one of the worst injuries I've seen on a football field, or anywhere else for that matter.
After reading Seth Emerson’s article in The Athletic, it seems that the idea of the SEC staying with 8 conference games starting next fall instead of going to 9, is a lot more realistic than I thought.
