April 2nd, incident at capitol

Just happened recently and it isn't clear as to the extent of things or who. At least two officers injured. Definitely a vehicle rammed a barricade, conflicting reports regarding gunfire.

 

The National Guard is still there, so this seems to be contained and in control.

 

Confused at first, but now I'm good. Today is April 2nd. Noting for accuracy, not to be a [penis] or anything like that.

 

Helicopter landed on west (I think?) side of Capitol. I guess they thought it might get real.

DC Fire and EMS radio said park police was bringing in the helicopter to transport a patient. It was a park police helicopter - so not life flighted. But I guess that was faster.

 

Officer and suspect dead.
