Athlons College Football's Pre-Spring Top 25

    Althon Pre-Spring Top 25 has the entire SEC West and two SEC East teams but unlike several of their comp set / peers did not by into the hype / include Tennessee

    4. Baylor
    5. Auburn
    6. MSU
    7. USC
    8. Oregon
    9. Georgia
    10. FSU
    11. Clemson
    12. ND
    13. LSU
    14. Ole Miss
    15. GT
    16. ASU
    17. UCLA
    18. AZ
    19. Wisconsin
    20. Mizzou
    21. Arky
    22. TAMU
    23. OU
    24. MSU
    25. OK St

    Oregon, Arizona, and ASU way too high. I'd add ucla to that list too given that they likely will start a frosh qb, but they return almost everyone else.

    ole miss at 14 seems ridiculous too.

    if Sark doesn't win the pac-12 next year it may never happen.

    they lose a lot on defense (3 out of 4 of their best players) and the oline which was the key to the offense last year and they were kind of winning with smoke and mirrors by the end of last year anyway. baring Solomon taking a huge leap to elite qb, I'm thinking 7-5 or 8-4.

    Returning 14 and a favorable schedule (only two --- ASU and Oregon --- challenging gms on the road) the red carpet is certainly rolled out
