Picked up some Du Claw Espresso Infused Chocolate Peanut Butter Porter Friday night. It's made for a nice tasty dessert.
The place I normally get my growlers filled locally have started stocking these real shitty sour beers. They taste like sour patch kids or warheads candy, it's a little disgusting, and by a little, I mean a whole lot
I bought some this week. It's okay. It's definitely better than Budweiser, but there are some better beers like it out there.
Mother Bunch Brewery in Phoenix was pretty good. They have a good pale ale and a good oktoberfest type lager. Angels Trumpet Tap House had a ton of good beer too. Chattanooga Brewing was surprisingly good. I was surprised they had a habanero infused beer. I wasn't in the mood to try it
Having some Stone-Fear.Movie.Lions. Weird name, I know. But is is a pretty damn good unfiltered double IPA. 8.5% but not boozy at all. Bit expensive @ 16.99 per 6 pack (16oz) but well worth it.
I have had some Gose beers that have turned me off completely, had a few that were among the best beers I have ever had. Really a mixed bag for my tastes.
I treat beer like a I treat Whiskey, give me the real shit. If it is apple this or pumpkin that I will take a water. Can't get in to them.
Only one I ever tried was the yazoo one and it made me not really ever want to try another one. It was weird One of 2 beers I’ve had trouble even finishing a 6 pack, that and Carlsberg
There’s some good pumpkin beers out there. Ballast Point and Pumpking come to mind. My wife drinks the shit outta them (duh) so I mostly just try hers. Personally, I’d rather drink Oktoberfests.
