The public letter makes it easier. The previous title IX makes it easier. And the extravagantly disproportionate salary for her vs even the best professors at UT would be difficult to explain to a judge, while simultaneously justifying her demotion.
I’d say some measure of an agreement has been reached where she won’t sue and UT won’t reveal that she was sleeping with a subordinate.
Yeah, probably. She was, by all accounts, not very good at her job. I do appreciate her not out sourcing maintenance and dragging Currie. However, she was a terrible public speaker, she hired Currie because he served her drinks in Orange Dixie cups and she was sleeping with a fellow employee.
A terrible public speaker whose boss fired her for, amongst other things, her poor communication skills, is now a tenured professor in the communication studies department. Genius!
So this sleeping with a subordinate, is an allegation I have not heard, maybe cause I'm out of state. Is that for real or just an unconfirmed interwebz rumor?
Thanks for the input. I'm new to the 8th and am still trying to get a lay (no pun intended) of the land.
Not sure which would be a greater cause to fire Holly, theoretically, this or her performance as coach.
Because of two reasons; she got the anointed status from Summit and the blue hairs that make up the Lady Vol base are the biggest "true fan" cult in the entire Tennessee athletic realm.
