Bigwig Meeting Has Been Called

Jimmy Hyams on The Wake Up Zone in Nashville this morning said he doesn't see a change happening during the season, if it happens at all. Said he would be shocked.

Not that that means anything. It is Hyams, after all.

 

8th Twitter account is firing tweets off right now. If it's Tenny I bet he's happy they changed it to 280 characters.

 

Hyams is straight carrying water this morning. He's bad mouthing the players and won't say Butch is the problem. He just said "Dormady just isn't very good".

 

I have no special info, but I wouldn't listen to hyams on matters of consequence. He also does not seem to ever have special info.

 

Hyams - "I know Tennessee has a lot of 4-5 star players, but I just don't think there are a lot of difference makers on this team. This team just isn't very talented". GTFOH.

 

Year 5, no excuse.

 

I see multiple healthy future NFL players on the offense that just got shut out.

 

I want to see Will McBride play. He won't hesitate or be scared and he's a better runner than JG, who people assumed could run for some reason.

 

Exactly. Butch brought in every last one of then. I bet Hyams has been trumpeting Butch's recruiting for years.

 

Oh he has. Apparently Butch has recruited 5 years worth of busts.

 

I caution against judging any of these players under butch. Nathan peterman.

They all get a pass until they get a real coach.

 

Funny how everyone that leaves here suddenly becomes a difference maker.

Hyams is an idiot. He cannot call Phil anymore and do all of his investigating that way.

I just read that there is no press conference today. But that's normal for the bye week.

 

That's usually the standard weekly presser.

 

There is a normal coaches press conference at noon every Monday. Not sure if there is normally one during a bye week, though.

 

That's it then. Nothing going to happen until after SC.
