Some good news:

A source said UT will not owe Tyndall any of the $3 million buyout from his six-year deal worth $1.6 million annually. The contract allowed UT to fire Tyndall for cause if he committed Level I or Level II violations at UT or another NCAA institution, such as Southern Miss.

Hopefully we don't go bargain basement shopping this time.
