I say fire Russell and bring in a lights out recruiter in his place. Dooley was an NFL TE coach so he can handle them. If Chaney stays on staff, he can coach them too. Also fire HH and TJ.

 

One of your Big 3 donors was on the shelf for the last two hires, being butt hurt about the Fulmer firing. He's back involved, and fully engaged with the going-ons now, to be sure.

And considering that one of the other three is now busily doing his best Karl Rove impression in Nashville, he has even more momentum to swing, if that makes sense.
