The buzz in the media seems like he is the most likely guy to get the job. He fits in with Pruitt’s good ol’ boy gang.

Thoughts on Lindsey? Many act like Malzahn is to blame for Auburn’s offense. But isn’t Lindsey a Malzahn disciple?

 

One good season as a playcaller between USM and Arizona State. And I'm not convinced it wasn't Fedora calling plays at USM.

 

Monken was the coach at USM, not Fedora.

I would absolutely hate the Chip Lindsey hire. I don't like that garbage offense at Auburn and he's part of it.

 

Then I reiterate the latter part of my post and change Fedora to Monken.

So what would it tell you if he made the Lindsey hire this time?

 

Lindsey wants out of Auburn and Pruitt is going more to the Air Raid

 

For completely different reasons, I want less to do with Lindsey than I do Freeze.... If Pruitt want to up the throw game it seems like Kingsbury would be the obvious choice but that’s just me.

 

By all accounts, he's going to try the NFL route.

 

Offer Kingsbury $1.5 to $2 mil a year before settling for Lindsey imo
