In South Carolina - Field Practices start May 31 and games starting June 15 for youth sports.

 

Eagleton, the other local baseball field, are having a tournament next weekend. No one in Knox Co is allowed to yet, so they are going to be the only game in town for a while.

 

Well, just read an email from USA Football discussing going back to play. At least it sounds like we are trying to play anyway.

 

We received an email this morning that travel lacrosse practice begins 6/8 and leads into Country Lax Fesrival on 7/4 in Hendersonville. Assuming nothing changes, would be great and needed, but holy cow it'll be brutally hot for the middies, which is where my son plays.

 

Just saw that pre and post game hand shaking will be banned.

 

Just got back from a baseball tourney in Cordova. Game day Baseball.

Interesting. I always felt i could gather myself better leaning over for a little bit but like you said, coaches said stand up.

 

This will probably go over as well as the don't punt/don't kickoff tactic that numbers actually show is better.

 

I'm already looking forward to my O-line coach telling me that's not how real football players do it when I start doing this after sprints this fall.

The fine folks of Eagleton Ball fields and Maryville Little League would like to extend a big thank you to Knox County for not allowing tournaments yet.

 

Well we start monday and will have 8 practices with this new squad before having to play teams from chicago, team wiscy and other very good teams. Louisville actually has one of the best u13 teams i saw last year, which included 3 kids who looked and ran like Lamar Jackson.

 

Just got told my helmets won't be back till middle of August from reconditioning due to the factory that does it being shut down from Covid.

I sent them off at the start of March. This is going to be a nightmare with the logistics of playing the season
