Coaching Expectations Hypothetical (let's say #1, could be more)

Tennessee should win the east two or three times a decade. Tennessee should never be less than 8-4 unless there's a ton of injuries. That's my expectation for this program once a coach has three seasons under his belt.

 

You get rid of the 9 and 3 coach only of you are certain you get the coach who can get you over the hump. Not sure you can get one but not positive, but sure you have the coach.

You don't fire that coach and bring in Bill Callahan or Mike Riley.

 

8 is the floor here for a good coach once he gets it going.
