We're planning on taking the little guy to Despicable Me 2 and Planes. Planes comes out in August I think.

Other than several already mentioned, one I'm anticipating is Ender's Game. I just know it's going to suck, but that's only because I've been looking forward to a movie being made for 20 years or more.

Gonna be a great summer movie season.

Fast 6, Ironman 3, Star Trek, Man of Steel, Gatsby.

    Really hyped for Pacific Rim.

Just saw it. I feel comfortable saying you can wait to rent it. I loved Derek Cianfrance's last film Blue Valentine, but this one starts out strong and fades late. Worth watching, but see Mud or Side Effects first.

Iron Man 3 and Oblivion have both failed in being that film. Star Trek better have that it factor.

Finally saw Les Miserables. I have really mixed feelings about the film. Overall, I thought it was good but could have been spectacular. Russell Crowe was utterly godawful. I absolutely have no idea what they were thinking there. He almost ruined it for me and will ruin it for many. Hugh Jackman was ok but nowhere near as believable valjean as Liam Neeson in the non-musical version several years ago. The dude that played Marius couldn't have been more effeminate if he tried.

The female cast was outstanding (with the exception of Mrs Thenardier). Eponine was phenomenal. Anne Hathaway as Fantine as well.

Maybe the coolest feature of the whole film was casting Colm Wilkinson, the original Jean Valjean in London and Broadway, as the bishop. Nice touch among some head-scratching casting choices. In the end, the story and the music still make for an entertaining flick, but it could have been much better. Wish they would have followed the Phantom of the Opera model and cast singers over against name actors.

Rumor mill says the Star Trek Villian is Wesley Crusher.

Doubtful, the actual Wesley Crusher was a Romulan in the reboot.

I think it is Gary Mitchell.

It would be foolish to follow the character line of the original movies.

Khan is the original series quintessential villian, no?

When it comes to it, Vulcan some how turned into yet another famous Orci Macguffin. Which tells us it will show back up better than ever ala Revenge of the Fallen.

Ruh roh, Star Trek into Darkness/Revenge.........make it stop!

Vulcans have no use for such petty and primitive emotions like revenge....
