When they announced it a year ago, it was said to happen before Infinity War.

 

I see there's a bunch of confusion online about this now. When the question first came out (maybe last year?) Kevin Feige specifically said it would lead up to Infinity War. They must be trying to keep all that secret now. But I'm sure I read that from him.

 

Apparently the novel "Bird Box" was written first a few years ago and the author was super bummed when he saw "A Quiet Place" because it was indeed similar to his pre-existing novel.

Birdbox was awful and Sandra Bullock looked like Michael Jackson in certain lighting

True, but if not for the 8th, I'd have never known it was from a recent movie, series, or whatever. I just assumed it was from some movie I hadn't seen ten years ago or so. Good advertising towards those who care about her work.

 

Hmm, looks like Thor carrying Stormbreaker on whatever planet Thanos ended up on. Near the end of the teaser.

 

Lots of rumors that Thanos' snap does not get undone. Just two realities because of time travel. Marvel really wants use their Multiverse and this might be the first step.

 

Is it really another reality if the past is changed due to time travel?

 

Not really sure. Think Butterfly Effect.

Captain Marvel is terrible. Very little tie in to Avengers, you do get to see what happened to Fury's eye.
