Culver's in Knoxville

Now open. It has been such a long, long wait. Glorious day. I've been three times since they opened three days ago.

 

They have a couple of stores here in Lexington, but I've never been. From your post I gather that it's good.

 

Very good. Hard to beat it for a fast food burger. Their onion rings and cheese curds are perfection.

 

Culver's is the only food I miss from Michigan.

 

Not to derail, but how are you doing, friend?

 

Doing great. Health is fine. I'm still numb down left arm and leg, and it looks like that won't change. I hardly notice it anymore, though. Playing guitar is the only time i really even think about it. Can't really feel the strings but doing very well.

 

Got stuck in Detroit Monday night. I really enjoyed Greektown.

 

Best place to be there, IMO.

Yessir. I dissected an artery in my neck throwing football last fall. Pieces of the clot broke off and caused a stroke. Crazy time. All good now.

 

Holy cow. I have a clotting disorder so I'm higher risk for stuff like that. Scary. Glad you are doing well.
