Anybody care to give a run down of what he said in the article from this morning about "Why Tennessee Struggled to Stop GA St Running" ?
There's a ton of breakdown in the article, but basically the players didn't know what they were doing.
as war hammer said. several times, someone was actually in a position to make the play or at least to get to a position to make a play and just failed to. in fact, the clips he included made it all seem simultaneously better and worse. Warrior in particular missed a tackle on the qb at the LOS to prevent the back breaking 20 yard to scramble. Ubben is worth the price of admission.
Some issue was taken early on with substitutions, problems running guys on and off the field contributing to this as well.
Yeah, it was clearly noticeable a few times. Guys were rushing onto the field trying to figure out assignments as they approached position or so it seemed. I also remember the GSU coach signalling them to hurry up more than a couple of times. Are they normally a hurry up team or was that in-game coaching?
Food City has come a long way since their Food Shitty days, but there is no damn way I’m passing a Kroger AND a Publix for it.
