    Definitely debuted during the last year (2000) of the decade that would be called the 90s per Card.

    Not really everyone though. The diaper kept the stain from showing through. It was probably just the armed escort and the media members who knew immediately.

    It amazes me how this university's administration personnel very nearly ran this program into the ground, absent of all dignity draining the fan base and supporters of self respect among other fan bases and yet these individuals are still employed somewhere with intact reputations.
