Perhaps there are some, but 2 of the top 3 realistic candidates are old white men and all three are white. The purity tests are silly, but I'm not sure they aren't a bit overblown by those white men, whom are notorious in their skittishness of the traditional underclass in gaining equality.

You're right and I should have clarified that system is applicable to the online/media left. The larger left of center electorate does not engage in the same purity testing/olympics of the woke.

Yeah, the online horde is pretty vocal and hard to ignore. People who are obnoxious get noticed, for sure.

I don't understand why people are mad at the dnc for old white people being the only ones left in the primary. It's their own electorate that has shrunk the field through polling and donations.

The mainstream media keeps digging their own grave with how they handle this stuff.

I don’t think anyone thinks sanders really told Warren that a woman couldn’t win.

Warren, the DNC and CNN got together and just played their right wing game on sanders.

Bernie's ideology is pretty much inline with the new DNC. The problem is his electability in a general election. He's just a weird boring old commie.

Damn, I just listened to Tulsi on Rogan's podcast.

How in the hell did she not get more traction?

because she sucks. Gets elected to Congress and votes "present."

She has no chance nationally with either party.

She doesn't suck on a long form podcast. She might suck on 30 second sound bites, but she seems very reasonable to me.

I said the same and was told she was a Russian plant to help Trump.

I like Amy Klobuchar. What is the slam on her?

I felt she could appeal to both sides better than some of the others.

treats her staff badly. All positions slant to "maintain status quo," which is not really conducive to addressing problems.

I have shifted more to paying attention to her and Buttigieg since Tulsi and Wang are no longer apart of the debates.
