Based on the way most people take advantage of their free K-12 education. I'm not sure what free college is going to do for them. If you didn't give two shits in HS what's suddenly going to change when you go to college? Especially if you have no skin in the game.
Traditional colleges aren't going to throw prestige out the window so middle and upper class are going to be going to school off of the working poor
