I haven't watched Vols tickets in a while. I find that a lot of other tickets tend to start dropping in price as the event approaches. I assume it's because people don't want to get caught holding tickets.

Do Vols tickets typically follow the same trajectory?

I agree with this. The checker neyland was also fan initiated originally if I remember correctly. That makes it slightly cooler in my book.

Camping out for Florida tickets in 98 and continually sending this crazy guy to steal a dude's cheesehead (that wore it everywhere) was one of my college highlights.

 

When Akron wins as a 50 point underdog I bet Florida tickets will get a lot cheaper.
