Curiously, you have actually exceeded our criteria for mod status here, and in fact, would likely be named, "Chief of the Mods" in short order.
Site Suggestions? Please use this thread to provide any suggestions that you might have for the new site. All will be reviewed, and if possible, incorporated. Would you like a certain font to be larger? What are some sub-forums that we should build / offer? Think a different color scheme would be easier to see and use? Big, small, functional, cosmetic, personal preference or universal appeal - whatever - all site feedback is welcome.
I know there's a lot to do and it's painstaking, but mobile forum being operational is a big deal. Let me know how I can help.
We'd like to have every new registrant for the system to be made to review the most critical components of the site before simply entering the forum and posting. Namely, we thought that this should encompass a quick review of the following: 1. Site rules (don't think, "Tennessee Code Annotated", but "Shit You Should Know Before Entering" sort of rules) 2. "Mission Statement" (a single phrase or paragraph summarizing our commonly held beliefs and ideals - and to which new registrants should compare themselves against) 3. Taglines - right now, we have what you see below the main logo, above (i.e. Sports. News. Analysis. Smack), which is fine - but if you have a better idea or suggestion, please offer it. We welcome all input and suggestions, and from anyone.
Mobile site = very much in progress, as I want it completed ASAP, too. Offer to help will be claimed in short order, on this and other items.
How bout a "Business Networking", (Job crap), "Ticket trade/sale", (should be obvious),"Knoxville 101" (ie: where to tailgate, drink, hotel, eat, park ect..) forum just to name a few. It seems those items pop up and create clutter from time to time. Just my 2 cents.
I don't think those would get enough traffic to have their own forums, not yet at least. JMO. I'd rather have a little clutter than have the board so spread out with a small member base.
I agree. Just making it known that as we all grow, which I imagine this place will, those items will be handy. I know for certain I would refer to them when I plan my upcoming trips to K-Ville. See what I did there?
When I log in it goes to a page that says I don't have access to this page. I have to click from there to go to the Forums. Also, a classifieds section for members might be worth it. I've always got some shit to sell.
