Saulsberry will also be making the trip.

Great news. We need as many capable DTs as possible against this UGA rushing attack and I'm interested to see what Scott brings to the table. He was a very highly touted RB coming in but was obviously going to be overshadowed by Hurd.

Yeah, he's a much different type of RB compared to Hurd and Lane. Supposed to be a great pass catcher too.

He's basically got the skill set that the idiots on toos try to convince themselves Devrin Young has.

If Scott is only half as talented as DY, well, I don't think I have to tell you that we, friend, are in for a real treat.

Was I wrong in hoping that Scott was going to redshirt this season?

Is he a legitimate threat to bring something so special / different than what we're now getting from Hurd / Lane?

He's built for this offense in the same way that Rainey/Demps were built for Meyer's offense and Derrick Henry is built Saban's offense.

Wouldn't be surprised to see him returning kicks either.

    Thanks.

What do you (and anyone else) predict for him vs. UGA?

    Carries, yards & Catches, Yds?

I think the game will dictate if he gets in at RB. If Hurd and Lane are ripping off 5 or 6 yards a carry, it will be hard to put him in. He was getting some reps with the first team before he got hurt, though.

I do think he'll be a return man before the year ends.

Does he lose his redshirt if he dresses, but doesn't play?

He will see kick returning duty this week imo. CBJ has to be getting tired of 7 yard deep returns to the 15.

It is frowned upon to hogtie a player and put him in the endzone now days.

I actually don't mind Young spotting Hurd and Lane out of the backfield, that's the only place he has shown any spark at all.

On kickoff returns, he's a disaster.

Whats frowned upon is starting 7 yards deep and making it to the the 15. Not to mention taking the chance of a penalty or a turnover making it worst.

Until you place a guy back there that gives you a calculated chance to break it big take it at the 25 and remove the risk because the reward is not there.
