We may lose but I won't be surprised if we win. This team and staff have me believing again. Hallelujah!
And we are playing with house money. Ahead of schedule. 1 game away from the SEC championship game. Love it.
I don't know if we will win. Game scares the hell out of me because what a win would mean. But the games is very winnable. By mid-week I'll talk myself into the Vols putting on a 45-24 beat down.
Every one of us would have taken this as far back as my fandom began. I am thankful to Heupel and this team for giving us this run. My first year was the Sugar Vols in 85. This team is special and I wish all of them the very best. NILs, NFLs, whatever. Never assume this can happen again. Get the most out of this. Go Vols! I love an overachieving team.
Tennessee hasn't seen an offense like this yet. Kentucky wants to be what Georgia is on offense, but they'll never get there. The tight ends can't really be covered by linebackers, they run it right at you and limit their turnovers. I don't see UGA having great success running the ball. They'll hit a play or two, but overall it will be kept in check. Kirby does exactly what Saban does defensively. It's going to be a back and forth fist fight and it's going to be fun to watch.
I usually like to predict games, and when I feel confident one way or the other, I ride with it. This game is a complete enigma to me. I think we match up better with them than Bama, because Stetson Fleming Bennett IV is not Bryce Young. But we are going to Athens, they are going to be amped up, and they will be looking to get a punch on the new media darling that seems to be overshadowing them right now. I will go into the game thinking we will win, but I will say it is going to be a slug fest and going to be the game of the year. And our team has no fear in them, what-so-ever, and will give UGA and their barking idiot fans all they can handle.
Need a list of the records and streaks broken this year. Bama game had a few by itself. Hyatt now all time leader with at least 5 games left is nuts. Will his record ever be broken? If so, it’ll be by Heup. In 14 years thru 2021, UT had 10 top 25 wins. Heup has 5 in 2022. I still can’t believe all this is happening
